ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
At VentturArt, we work with a print-on-demand model to ensure the highest quality and minimize waste. This means that we don't hold inventory in a dusty warehouse; instead, each item is unique and made specifically for you once you place an order.
- Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to create your apparel or accessory.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped. The shipping time depends on your location.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
After production is complete, here are the estimated shipping times:
- Europe: 3–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–20 business days
Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update in the carrier's system.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International shipments may incur customs fees, duties, or taxes depending on your country of residence. Since we ship globally, we cannot predict these charges. VentturArt is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
LOST PACKAGES & WRONG ADDRESS
- Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Lost Packages: For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But don't worry! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

At VentturArt, we believe in conscious fashion. Instead of mass-producing items that end up in landfills, we use a made-to-order approach. We manufacture each item specifically for you only after you place an order. This ensures the highest quality and minimizes environmental waste.
2. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- Processing Time: Since we make every piece from scratch, please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be prepared, quality-checked, and packed.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery times are:Europe: 3–8 business daysUSA: 5–10 business daysInternational: 10–20 business days

3. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

4. RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because every product is custom-made exclusively for you, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size selection or change of mind.
We strongly recommend checking the Size Guide on the product page before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit.
We ONLY offer refunds or free replacements in the following cases:
- Damaged/Defective Product: If you receive a damaged or misprinted item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
- Lost in Transit: If your package is lost by the carrier and the tracking confirms it was not delivered, we will cover the cost of shipping a replacement order. Claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
